Journeys Reading Program
90 minute block to integrate all areas of Language Arts (reading, writing, spelling, vocabulary and grammar)
Math:
McGraw-Hill, My Math Program
Focus on fractions, mental math, order of operations, problem-solving skills, geometry, ratios, measurement and data analysis
Additional math period each week
Social Studies:
McGraw-Hill/National Geographic Society World Adventures in Time & Place
Focus on history, civics, geography and economics of the Ancient World to the Renaissance
Science:
Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Science Fusion Program
Focus on minerals, motion, force, energy and volume
Hands-on science lab and exploration each week
Science lab at least one a week
Religion:
Benzinger Program
Focus on reflection of Scripture and doctrine, prayers, major seasons of the church year and discipleship
